Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Fragrance preferences are highly personal, and we encourage customers to use our decants as a low-risk way to explore new scents before committing to full-size bottles. Each decant is hand-filled from 100% authentic fragrance bottles into sterile, premium glass atomizers. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal scent preferences or reactions. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
